8:00 am – Departure by Chiva bus from Barichara

• Meeting at the agreed point

• Trip in a traditional chiva bus to the coffee farm

9:00 am – Tour of the Coffee Plantations

• Guided walk through the coffee plantations

• Explanation of coffee cultivation, manual harvesting, and the life of a coffee farmer

11:00 am – Coffee Processing

• Participates in pulping, fermentation, drying and threshing

• Learn about the complete process from harvesting to dry grain

12:30 pm – Roasting and Tasting Workshop
