Join an exclusive cooking workshop led by a chef specializing in regional cuisine, where local gastronomy blends with contemporary culinary techniques. During this hands-on experience, participants will create a complete menu using organic and locally sourced ingredients. The workshop begins with the preparation of a fresh appetizer made with select local produce. Next, a main course inspired by traditional recipes reinterpreted with modern techniques will be developed. Finally, a handcrafted dessert will be made, highlighting the flavors of the surrounding area with a creative touch.
Throughout the experience, the chef shares culinary knowledge, presentation techniques, and creative processes that transform natural ingredients into sophisticated dishes while preserving regional gastronomic identity.
